Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect your email address and name when you create an account through Clerk, our authentication provider. If you subscribe, payment is handled entirely by Stripe — Autilogix never sees or stores your card number. We also store your assessment responses so we can generate and display your results.

Who we share with

We use a small set of service providers: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Railway (hosting), and Sentry (error monitoring). Each operates under its own privacy policy. We share only what each provider needs to do its job.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not share your data with advertisers.
• We do not use your assessment responses to train third-party AI models.

Your rights

You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@autilogix.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Updates to this policy

Material changes will be announced by email and noted with a visible banner on this page for 30 days. The “Last updated” date at the top always reflects the current revision.

Jurisdiction

This service is available to US residents only at this time.

The service

Autilogix provides cognitive performance assessments and tools designed to help you understand and develop your thinking skills.

Your responsibilities

Use the service lawfully. Maintain one account per person. Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute any part of the platform.

Educational scope

Our assessments are educational tools. They are not medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. Results are not credentials and do not constitute an endorsement by any licensing or certifying body.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Settings. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Liability

Autilogix’s aggregate liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (Autilogix LLC’s state of formation). Any disputes will be resolved in Wyoming state courts.

Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial paid subscription by emailing info@autilogix.com. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel future renewals at any time from Settings.
